Amanda Redding is a healthcare professional with more than 16 years of caregiving experience. She founded Redding's Way Home Care LLC on a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves compassionate, dignified care delivered by someone they can truly trust.
Amanda understands that inviting someone into your home requires an enormous amount of trust. That is why she personally ensures every caregiver on her team shares the same values of patience, kindness, and genuine dedication that she brings to every client relationship.
Proudly rooted in Sarasota County, Florida, Amanda built Redding's Way to be the kind of care company she would want for her own family — locally owned, deeply committed, and always done the right way.

Although Claudia is no longer here physically, her caring spirit lives on through every family Redding's Way Home Care has the privilege to serve. Her legacy reminds us that meaningful care is more than completing a task — it is showing up with heart and doing things the right way.
